Methods to lose weight is something which most of us keep trying  like workouts, brisk walking , yoga . At times  due to busy work schedules we are not able to keep up with these activities. Hence land up with no results . So I thought of finding some simple ways of loosing weight were u dont need to stress urself  and here is something I would like to share with you guys a simple method of losing weight again without any side effects as it’s a natural method.

Honey and Cinnamon formula for weight loss.

1. Take 1/2 tsp cinnamon to 1 tsp honey is recommended but can use more or less as long as in the ratio of 1 to 2. — so 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp raw honey is ok too as an example.

2. Boil 1 cup of water.

3. Pour boiled water over cinnamon and cover and let it steep for 1/2 hour..(30 minutes)

4. Now add to it but take care that you dont add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.

5. Drink 1/2 of this directly before going to bed. The other 1/2 should be covered and refrigerated.

6. Next day morning drink the other half that you refrigerated… Please dont re-heat it…drink it cold or at room temp only.

Do not add anything else to this recipe. No lemon, no lime, no vinegar. Every morning, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast, and again at night before sleeping .It works for most people.

Inches are lost before any measurement on the scales. This program will cause significant inches lost…but you will reach a plateau and may not lose anymore. This is because the cinnamon and honey cause a cleansing effect in the digestive tract and cleans out parasites and other fungus and bacteria that slow down the digestion…causing a toxic build up. (Lowers pH) Once this is all cleaned out then you will most likely have the weight loss slow down.

Scientists of today also accept honey as a very effective medicine for all kinds of diseases. Honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases. Today’s science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients. Additionally people report increased energy, more sex drive, and feeling happier/mood enhancer :) .

How do you squash that little voice – the one that whispers: “Just one bite!” or “You’ll never do it” or “this diet is so boring”?
By having a strong incentive.

* What’s The Best Type of Incentive?
The best incentives are SPECIFIC, SELFISH and TIME-RELATED.

For example:
– “My Sister has promised me a 22 carat diamond watch for every 10 pounds I lose.”

– “My best friend is seeing the girl I always liked, I cudn’ approach her, cos’ ‘m fat, I must lose weight, look good and get her back.”

– “I’m meeting my fashion photographer at the end of the month.”

– “I’m going on a beach holiday in 3 months and I need serious body sculpture!”

– “I want to keep fit and healthy.”

– “My brother is gonna’ gift me a sports bike.”

These answers are specific, selfish and mostly time-related. So they are MUCH more likely to keep you on track. (I’m sure you can think of tons of other suggestions)
